TERMS
& CONDITIONS
GENERAL
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the description of courses/stays/arrangements
and accommodation is correct at the time of going to print, EIE
reserves the right to make changes to these while giving as much
notice as possible if any such changes do occur. (PUBLISHED January
2006)
IF WE CHANGE YOUR ARRANGEMENTS BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE
Although it is highly unlikely, we may, due to force majeur, have
to change your arrangements, and we reserve the right to do it at
any time. Most of the changes are minor. However if we consider
them a MAJOR CHANGE we will endeavour to advise you as soon as reasonably
possible if there is time. We consider a MAJOR CHANGE to be one
where there has been a significant change of accommodation to that
of a lower category. In this case of your being advised of a MAJOR
CHANGE before your departure we will provide you with three alternatives:
- Accept the alternative offer.
- Postpone your stay with us.
- Cancel your course with a full refund of all monies paid.
AFTER YOUR COURSE HAS COMMENCED:
Very occasionally, it may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances,
to change accommodation or some other part of your arrangements
after your course has commenced, in which event we will do our best
to maintain the overall standard of the arrangements. Touring itineraries
may also need to be changed at short notice due to reasons beyond
our control such as weather conditions, road works, etc.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We will not be liable to pay any compensation if
we are forced to cancel or in any way change your arrangements as
a result of situations outside our control which neither we nor
you could foresee even with all due care. For example technical
or maintenance problems with transport, changes imposed by rescheduling
or cancellation of flight by an airliner, war or threat of war,
civil strike, industrial dispute, natural disasters, bad weather
or terrorist activity.
IF WE CANCEL YOUR COURSE/STAY
We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your course
for any reasons. For instance sales of that course may not reach
a level, which would be economical for us to operate. If we cancel
your course, we will offer you either an alternative course of comparable
type or a full refund of all the monies paid.
PRICES
Prices are fixed and are valid as at date of publication. Unless
otherwise stated in a particular programme, under no circumstances

service, theatre tickets, room facilities and others. The price
on actual booking may be different from that stated herein, due
to events beyond our control, such as for example exchange rate
fluctuations. Transport of any kind is subject to the conditions
of carriage of the company providing the transport and is subjected
to the laws governing the company concerned, the laws of Malta where
the transport is being provided or international conventions.

delay, irregularity or damage to personal effects or baggage.

the notification is received.
IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT
If you have cause for complaint during your stay, you must bring
it to the attention of the Company which hereby undertakes to do
its best to rectify the situation. It is unreasonable to take no
action whilst on your course/stay, but then to write a letter of
complaint upon return. However should a problem remain unresolved

the completion of the course/stay. We regret we cannot accept liability
